If the hotel was $70 a night it might be acceptable. There is no staff after 9pm. Extremely disappointing. Based on smell they must allow smoking and pets. A great place to ruin a vacation and an embarrassment to the otherwise lovely Baie Saint Paul.

This hotel is newly renovated. We had a really nice room with a great view on the river. The staff was nice. Great value for the price and if you are skiing, you get a 25% discount when you present your tickets. The restaurant has some local food, there’s a really nice view when you sit in the main area. Overall great choice for a stay it’s quiet and it’s a little bit out-of-the-way but very beautiful.

We didn't mind that the hotel was away from the "action," but it wasn't very clean. And the emphasis of the hotel decor seemed to be on Instagram instead of on guests' needs (no towel rack, weird placement of toilet paper roll, no shelves/counters in bathroom). The hotel has 3 separate buildings, one of which is the cute 2-story Victorian-looking building. Guest rooms aren't there! We were in one of the other 2 non-descript 1950's looking buildings and the bathrooms need some serious renovating. And the entire room needed to be much cleaner (cobwebs, dead flies, dust bunnies, dirty bathroom fixtures.) Next trip to Baie St Paul, we will spend more money and stay somewhere nicer.

The stay was great. The property great . Check in and out easy. We tried to eat lunch there . The hostess seated us and the waiter completely ignored us. We asked the hostess if he knew we were there and she said yes. We waited way to long so we left.

We had a terrible experience. When we opened the bed to put our kids to sleep, the sheets had obviously not been changed. The bottom sheet and mattress cover were wrinkleg together to the point where we could see the shape of the previous guest. We went to the reception and we changed the beds ourselves. The bathroom smelled of urine and the floor was sticky. The table lamps were covered in week old dust. We asked for the room to be fully cleaned the next day but they did not do it.

Wow! What a nice place to stay in Baie-Saint-Paul! Beautiful view of the sea from our room. It was also very spaceful. We had a very nice bath too. The service was also very friendly and quick. The location is near the downtown. Definitly a great spot !
